Sinopsis Film Dream Girl 2 (2023 ): Ananya Panday, Ayushmann Khurrana, Paresh Rawal

Karamveer "Karam" Singh adalah seorang pria kelas menengah yang tinggal di Mathura dan bekerja sebagai pemain Jagrata. Ia memiliki bakat khusus dalam menirukan suara wanita dengan sempurna. Ayahnya, Jagjit Singh memiliki hutang yang sangat besar setelah meminjam banyak pinjaman dan tidak mampu membayarnya. Ia menjalin hubungan dengan Pari Srivastava, seorang pengacara dari keluarga kaya. Ayah Pari, Jaipal Srivastava, mengatakan bahwa ia akan menikahkan Pari dengan Karam hanya jika ia mampu mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan gaji tinggi dan membeli rumah sendiri dalam waktu enam bulan. Untuk mendapatkan uang dengan cepat, Karam menyamar sebagai seorang wanita dengan nama samaran "Pooja" dan menjadi seorang penari di sebuah bar yang dimiliki oleh Sona Bhai. Dream Girl 2 (2023)

Sahabat Karam, Smiley Singh Dhillon jatuh cinta pada Sakina, putri dari Abu Saleem yang bermusuhan. Abu mengatakan bahwa dia akan menikahkan Sakina hanya setelah putranya, Shah Rukh Saleem, menikah. Shah Rukh mengalami depresi sejak ia putus dengan kekasihnya enam bulan yang lalu. Abu mengatakan bahwa ia akan memberikan hadiah sebesar Rs.10 lakh kepada orang yang berhasil mengeluarkan Shah Rukh dari depresi. Smiley meminta Karam untuk menyamar sebagai "Pooja" dan berpura-pura menjadi seorang psikiater untuk mengobati Shah Rukh.

Karam sebagai "Pooja" berhasil menghibur Shah Rukh. Abu sangat gembira dan mengatakan bahwa ia ingin "Pooja" menjadi pengantin Shah Rukh dan Yusuf Ali Salim Khan, kakek Shah Rukh yang duduk di kursi roda mengatakan bahwa ia akan membayar "Pooja" sebesar 50 lakh Rupee untuk menikah dengan Shah Rukh. Karam, melihat kesempatan untuk menghasilkan banyak uang, memutuskan untuk melanjutkan pernikahan tersebut, dan kemudian melarikan diri. Pada malam pertama setelah pernikahan, Yusuf melihat "Pooja" buang air kecil seperti seorang pria dan meninggal karena terkejut.
