Set in 1999, My Precious tells the story of a group of troublemaking male students who fall in love with the same girl. The girl is the best student in the class who is beautiful, smart, accomplished, and loved by many students.
The story begins by focusing on the life of a 16-year-old student named Tong. He is the school leader with his friends Dong, Bank, Mai, and Pao. This group of students is famous for always acting up and playing pranks on the teachers.
One day, Tong and his friends made trouble in class, which upset the teacher. Finally, Tong was punished by sitting in front of Lin, the smartest and sweetest student in the class. In fact, Tong's friends also fell in love with the best student.
Unlike his friends, Tong felt that he was too great and cool to fall in love with anyone. However, Tong and Lin's relationship grew closer because Lin was assigned by the teacher to help Tong study.
