The Spengler family, consisting of their mother Carrie and two children, Trevor and Phoebe, decide to move from Summerville, Oklahoma, to New York City. They want to help the original Ghostbusters who have been secretly building a research lab to take ghost-catching to the next level! On the way, a new evil force emerges. The new and old Ghostbusters team must unite to fight this force.
