Continuing the first film released two decades ago, this film tells the story of the discovery of ancient artifacts found by students. When an archaeologist named Professor Chen saw the artifact, it turned out that the texture was so similar to the jade pendant he had seen in his dreams.

For this reason, he was convinced that the pendant was the link between reality and his dreams. He embarked on an expedition with the help of his students in order to find the truth about his dreams that always bothered him.

This movie is a continuation of The Myth (2005) which also starred Jackie Chan and was directed by the same person. Viewers who have seen the movie and new viewers will feel curious about what excitement is presented in this movie.

The movie 'A Legend' begins with an archaeologist noticing that the texture of the artifacts found by his students so far is similar to the jade pendant seen in his dreams. The archaeologist believed that the jade pendant was the bridge between dream and reality. Then, grasping that belief, the archaeologist and his team embark on an expedition to the depths of the glacier to find the truth behind his dream.

In addition to Jackie Chan, a series of players who participated in this movie include: Gulnezer Bextiyar, Yixing Zhang, Aarif Lee, Chen Li, Kim Hee-seon, Max Huang, Shawn Dou, Yecheng Zheng and many others. K-Pop fans, especially Exo fans, must be familiar with Lay or Zhang Yixing who are now pioneering their careers as actors. They all present a capable performance in this movie and are no less than Jackie Chan.
