In this movie, Oppenheimer will be preoccupied with the preparation of a Manhattan project together with the manager of the Los Alamos Laboratory. The project they are compiling is useful for creating an atomic bomb that can be used as a weapon of mass destruction. The project itself was carried out in a number of secret locations, such as Hanford Washington, Oak Ridge Tennessee, and also Los Alamos New Mexico.  

The Manhattan Project took place in the World War II era, namely as a development of nuclear weapons. However, after Oppenheimer knew the impact caused by the atomic bomb, he regretted his involvement.  

Oppenheimer then asked for peace. This was after he knew the magnitude of the adverse effects that would occur in the future. However, Oppenheimer's loyalty was doubted. Until finally, he had to lose his position as a government advisor in the field of security.
