Synopsis of Serendipity's Embrace (우연일까?)


Lee Hong-Ju (Kim So-Hyun) is a PD in an animation production company. When she was in the 3rd grade of high school, she fell in love for the first time. However, she went through a very painful breakup which made her skeptical about love ever since. Ten years later she meets Kang Hu-Young (Chae Jong-Hyeop), who is a witness to her sad past.

Kang Hu-Young works as a financial planner and is known to be smart and handsome. After 10 years he returns to South Korea. By chance, or perhaps fate, he reunites with his first love, Lee Hong-Ju, and is confronted with a wave of strong emotions.
