A Working Man is an upcoming American action thriller directed by David Ayer, the director of Suicide Squad (2016), Fury (2014), and End of Watch (2012), while the screenplay was written by Sylvester Stallone who also previously collaborated with Jason Statham on The Expendables series.

A Working Man is the latest movie collaboration between Jason Statham and David Ayer after The Beekeeper (2024). Where this latest film is adapted from Chuck Dixon's Levon Cade novel series which has totaled ten novels. Meanwhile, A Working Man is adapted from the first novel titled Levon's Trade: A Vigilante Justice Thriller which was published in 2014. In addition to Jason Statham, this film also presents a lineup of other famous Hollywood players ranging from David Harbour, Michael Peña, Jason Flemyng, Arianna Rivas, Noemi Gonzalez, Emmett J. Scanlan, Eve Mauro, Maximilian Osinski, Kristina Poli, Andrej Kaminsky, and Isla Gie.

Summarized from various sources, A Working Man focuses on Levon Cade, a former special marine who lives a peaceful life as a construction worker. However, Levon is forced to use his old skills to find his boss's teenage daughter, Jenny, who has been kidnapped by human traffickers, and soon uncovers a conspiracy of corruption and the involvement of government agents in human trafficking.

At first glance, the character Jason plays this time looks like a handyman in an ordinary building construction project. However, behind that, he harbors a past as a former member of a respected covert military operation.

After the death of his wife, Levon decided to leave that world. The story begins to develop when his boss's daughter, who is considered like family, is kidnapped and he is forced to return to his old job to fight a human trafficking syndicate. His efforts to save the girl lead him into a vast conspiracy filled with corruption, much darker than he ever imagined.

Previously, Sylvester Stallone's Balboa Productions originally acquired the rights to Levon Trade's novel adaptation with plans to turn it into a television series. But in 2023, the project was turned into a feature film with David Ayer as director and Jason Statham as the lead. Finally, the title Levon's Trade was officially changed to A Working Man in December 2024.

A Working Man is scheduled to hit American theaters on March 28, 2025, which is likely to hit Indonesian theaters earlier in Eid 2025.
