Twinkling Watermelon will tell the story of the life journey of a boy named Eun Gyeol (Ryeo Un). He is a child of a deaf adult (CODA) or a child who has deaf parents. Despite having different parents, Eun Gyeol grew up as a child who has extraordinary talent in music and is an educated student.

One day, mysteriously, Eun Gyeol moved from the present to 1995. In that era, he met his father Yi Chany who was still in high school.

From that journey, he discovered a new fact that his father's first love was not his mother. Knowing this, Eun Gyeol determined to make sure his father fell in love with his mother who was also still in high school at that time.

Eun Gyeol tries hard to fix things by joining a band led by his father called Watermelon Sugar. Will EUN Gyeol's efforts be able to reunite his parents in the future? This teenage story will be wrapped in emotions and fresh comedy interludes that can entertain the audience.
