This drama tells the story of Kim Woo Joo (Choi Woo Shik), the son of a family that runs a bakery in the Myeongseong area. He is in charge of the marketing team. Personally, he is known for his narcissistic and rational nature.

One day, Yoo Me Ri (Jung So Min), a subcontractor designer, asks Kim Woo Joo to marry her. Meanwhile, Yoo Me Ri's engagement to her cheating ex has failed miserably. Even more devastating, the broken engagement leaves behind the issue of a fraudulent rental of a newlywed's house.

This is the reason Yoo Me Ri proposes to Kim Woo Joo. In short, Kim Woo Joo ultimately accepts Yoo Me Ri's proposal and enters into a 90-day contract marriage.
