Attack 13 tells the story of Jin, a new student who confronts Bussaba, a school bully. Bussaba is the captain of the volleyball team and an honor student, so even the teachers adore her.

However, Jin challenges her to a volleyball match and emerges victorious. From then on, Bussaba feels her life is falling apart.

She is expelled from school, loses her chance to go to college, her athletic career is ruined, and her boyfriend becomes close to Jin. Bussaba and Jin's quarrels continue. However, in this fight, Bussaba is fatally injured.

Her death is made to appear as if it were the end of her life. After Bussaba's death, Jin and her friends are haunted by Bussaba's spirit. They think Bussaba's father is a shaman.

However, it turns out to be Hong Jin's old friend. Bussaba's spirit haunts Jin, killing those closest to Jin. Although he fights with a rival shaman, Hong is too powerful.

Toward the end, Bussaba manages to occupy Jin's body. Bussaba now lives in Jin's body, again oppressing Hong with new "rules." Strangely, Hong is content with the situation.
