The Korean drama "I Dol I" tells the story of a star lawyer with extremely high moral standards. The lawyer is Maeng Se-na (played by Choi Soo-young). She is determined to prove the innocence of her favorite idol, Do Ra-ik.

Se-na is nicknamed "The Villain's Lawyer" because she handles unpopular criminal cases and faces public criticism. However, she has secretly been a loyal fan of the Gold Boys for the past 10 years, especially Do Ra-ik. However, disaster strikes when Ra-ik is accused of murder.

When her idol is implicated in a bizarre murder case, Se-na steps up. She hides her admiration, defends her idol while remaining steadfast in her belief in the truth, and attempts to uncover the completely unexpected truth.

Do Ra-ik (played by Kim Jae-young), the visual center and vocalist of Gold Boys, is visibly shaken when accused of murder. This reveals hidden sides of his idol.

The stage he once dreamed of and held no longer brings him happiness. The love of his fans feels like a heavy burden. Ra-ik hides his darkness behind a bright smile on stage and in front of the camera.
After the accusation falls on her, the murder case changes Ra-ik's life. She throws off her mask and is reborn as someone who lives as if there's no tomorrow.
