Launching from Asianwiki, Pilot tells the story of Han Jung-woo (played by Jo Jung-suk), a talented pilot who suddenly loses his job. Not only did he lose his profession, he also divorced his wife, to live lonely with his son.

To get a new job as a pilot, Han Jung-woo disguises himself as a woman and uses his sister's name, Han Jung-Mi (Han Sun-Hwa). He is eventually hired as a pilot, but as a woman. The movie will feature actor Jo Jung-suk performing two characters, Han Jung-woo, a once famous pilot, who transforms into a woman to impersonate his sister, Han Jung-mi, in order to get a new job. His performance of these two contrasting characters promises to be a comedic highlight in Pilot.
