As a debt collector barely making ends meet, Jefri (Marthino Lio) tries to organize his life with his wife, Ella (Sallum Ratu Ke), who is eight months pregnant. The loss of their first child, Aly, has left the couple pinning high hopes on the birth of a baby boy they have named Kai.
However, that hope turns into a nightmare when Ella has an accident and requires immediate surgery due to a breech presentation. The only place willing to accept them is a mysterious maternity clinic run by a pair of doctors, Iwan (Donny Alamsyah) and Sandra (Agla Artalidia), along with their assistant, Bakar (Aksara Dena).
Unbeknownst to them, the clinic harbors a terrifying secret: aborted fetuses are used as sacrifices for two bloodthirsty twin demons. That night turns into a night of terror as Jefri and Ella must fight to save themselves and their baby from the demons' threats and the cruelty of the clinic's management.
"Tumbal Darah" is directed by Charles Gozali from a script by Arief Ash Shiddiq and Charles Gozali. This horror film, produced by Magma Entertainment, Wahana Kreator, and Sinemaku Pictures, is scheduled for release in cinemas starting October 23, 2025.
